Is it possible to cancel or change my reservation?
Yes, this is a very simple process. You have the right to cancel or change your reservation from the Manage Booking page. However, be sure to check the property's cancellation policy before making any changes to your reservation. Different cancellation policies may apply for non-refundable listings and other special offers. specific cancellation information is available in the listing information.
Where can I find contact information for the facility?
All information, including the property's telephone and e-mail address, can be found on the booking confirmation, in the confirmation e-mail or in the My Reservations section.
What is my code and what will it do for me?
The code is the number on your booking confirmation. This number, together with your booking number, allows you to see your booking details. You can view your booking in the “My bookings” section, resend, change or cancel the confirmation to a friend or yourself. We recommend that you keep your PIN code confidential.
Is it possible to bring an extra bed/cot for children?
Yes, this is possible. If you enter your child's details during your booking, the property will provide an extra bed or cot. All children's details entered correctly at the time of booking are included in the rates.
Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. However, in many hotels you can make a reservation by bank transfer or other available payment methods instead of a credit card.
What is included in the price?
The price includes all guests and the cost of the room for the selected number of nights, according to the board status indicated next to the type of advertisement. Our prices are inclusive of VAT and other taxes.
Do they offer installments when I pay at the hotel?
If the property offers an installment option, we will share this information with you at the property details and reservation stages.
How about Refunds?
If you have completed the relevant Cancellation process in the Manage booking section, the fee specified there will be refunded within two weeks.
